This call highlights the incredibly poor customer service American Airlines provides to its customers. This is a 3way call with American Airlines and Air Pacific to try and resolve a ticketing issue for my honeymoon flight.       AMR stock down 35% today on bankruptcy rumors. It comes as no surprise after hearing these calls you’ve posted.

      Can’t believe the AA person doesn’t know Air Pacific. A typical USA geographically ignorant person. AA should give them a map.
